One of our branches Cafe Sabot in Chino city, Nagano was originally built by Haseyan and his team. Haseyan’s daughter Kaede and her husband started the cafe in 2015. Eat local is our motto. In our kitchen we use only fresh produce from the region to create our delicious dishes. Apart from our signature buckwheat galettes (crepe) we serve delicious vegan food and desserts as well of course.
